First Level: 

On entering the villa you are met with a light and spacious open plan living framed by a sweeping wooden staircase. The living and dining room opens onto the pool terrace. A grandiose designer sofa in the living room which is complete with flat screen TV and Satellite TV with over 50 channels including BBC, CBC, CNN, Hallmark, HBO, Star Movies, and other popular channels makes for relaxation. From the living room you enter the dining room featuring a 20ft antique wooden table, which seats up to 14 persons and makes for comfortable entertaining. 

Next to the dining room you will find the fully equipped western style kitchen, including two large fridge/freezers with an open atmosphere and a view to the backyard and sea through an outstanding high window. Also on this floor you will find a guest bathroom and Utility room with washing machine and dryer. 

The main floor includes 2 bedrooms each with a 3 piece ensuite. One boasting views of the coast and a queen size bed and the other with a mountain view and a king size bed.

Second Level:

You reach the next floor level by the sculptural staircase. Here you will find 4 bedrooms each providing enjoyable views over Montego Bay city, the beaches and the mountains. The bedrooms are lined with a long veranda overlooking the property perfect for lounging. Here you can sit and spend hours looking to the cove and pier, with beautiful beaches and cruise ships.

The Master and Jr Master bedrooms each have a King size bed and en-suite bathroom which gives an antique and romantic feeling. Each bathroom consists of a bathtub, shower and 2 sinks. The substantial size master bathroom is equipped with an oversized Japanese soaking tub. Each room offers astounding sea views, a view over the pool, tropical garden with palm and coconut trees and the Mountains.
